you are right, good news and with subsequent annoucements, should move up steadily.
certainly one or two sizeable trasnactions should reduce debt, therefore gearing and risk.
then once distributions reinstated.
will never get to near $1 whether thats the NTA or not. best to hope for in medium term would be 40 cents I reckon.
