I did submit a claim, any vote shareholders in my position submit will be marked as objected to by the administrators due to their position that the directors have done nothing wrong and therefore shareholders have no claim. I think it is a fine line between a barefaced lie and juuuuuust getting away with it. We as shareholders got shafted in the end,by incompetent or questionably honest directors, and Mr Willie Rowe too!!! if the AARI DOCA is adopted, creditors are assured 100 cents in the dollar.
They are the ones whos votes will count and the other option for them is to liquidate, I dont think so !!!!
Put the mongrels ( directors and Willie) on the blacklist and make sure everyone konws about this debacle.
