I spoke to the company a few weeks ago after SB testing and it was said they are still negotiating with a few entities for funding but probably wouldnt happen to early 2009. I was also under the impression that no sampling was done from the gas flowing back. I know EMR werent happy about that but said it may have been for safety reasons.
