    Katy, I admire your sentiments, but they (Charge) should have had the funds available, before they entered into an MOU for the purchase of RLL.

    Why wasn't a deposit taken from them?????


    I assume given the wording of the ann "ADY reserves it's rights" blah blah, that the board may decide to litigate. Terrific! Another court case!!! That's all we need.
