The obvious answer (to me, anyway) that would keep ADY shareholders happy is to only charge Charge, say $20M, but issue around half of the stock to ADY.
ADY should be the extra investor!
That way, we still get a large exposure to Lithium and we get enough (or near enough) money to pay off the debts.
We also wouldn't need that stupid 10% at a 15% discount clause this way.
