, Yes, Henan kewier belongs to Tianjin Kewier(KWE), which currently produces 20000t magnesium alloy per year with yearly revenue more than A$120 million(in which A$80 million from magnesium alloy). Most of KWE's products sold oversaes, 20% sold in China.
, The total investment of Henan Kewier plant is around RMB 200 million, i.e.A$40 million. AML only invests 2.8 million to get 53% interests. I donot know why, donot know A$40 million will be the equity or not. ANM should explain....... Anyway, A$40 million is the right number.
, Tianjin KWE originally had a plan to produce 50000 t magnesium alloy for computering industry, but after AML joined, it changed it's plan to produce AML's products--30000 t AM-lite, mainly for Auto industry use.
, Four buildings have been built and are in use now, land price plus building cost is already more than A$20 million.
, ANM's CEO will work in China and he expects the sales through its Japan, Germany, America offices as well as china local markets.
, KWE and AML target to build a world class low cost magnesium alloy plant. Should there is a early success, I believe they will further increase the capacity to more than 100000t/year---this is my view only, considering the size of this plant.
Cheers
