Regarding Whyalla I take it that the processing of EAF dust by the Whyalla plant is not as easy as investors thought. More work to be done. Perhaps a lot more work. That Intec is continuing and that Ausmelt has agreed to an extension of time must be viewed positively. I think any modification of the plant is a long way off.
That Hunan Nonferrous Metals Corp has paid the $138,000 for work done is encouraging. So is the restarting of leach testwork for them at Burnie.
If Intec is to get seriously involved in China then they have to start proving that their processes work and at an already existing plant would seem to be the ideal place to start.
