I think all of us - including myself - must admit to be wrong when it comes to the settlement. We all thought a settlement would occur from months ago - thread after thread.

Anyway would have been good if done - nopw we are going to see the sp fall. Good time to buy in as the fundamentals are here and with so much high profile abcking by state and federal govts I cnanot see mmx losing. Even iof they did have to pay a 5 of the borrowed $ it is not much in the big picture of things. FMG flew after its court case after being bogged down for over a month.
