    It is a buyers market so no need for Bricksworks and other parties to sign on the dotted line until Hadrian has built the 10 homes.

    BUT, as a patient shareholder, I am happy to wait because I believe in this company.

    If FBR had reached this stage during the boom, the price would have been 30-40 cents because there was money around to be spent on spec shares...
