    43% alumina (36% extractable)is hardly world class. Darling Ranges Bx is cheap and easy to mine but you would not want to be pay shipping costs for every 3 tonnes of bauxite that only yield 1 tonne of alumina. Also no one made money out of selling bauxite. The money is in Alumina.
