    I suspect the local communities have financial interests and claiming a share of the future profits to be made by NKWE.

    My understanding is that Genorah will lose some share in NKP, which will potentially passed to another BEE company representing the local community. Therefore I dont think this is a show stopper and will be resolved by negotiations between parties involved.
