I agree with Terry. Have a look at the buyers. There are 20m wanting to buy, and 10m of those are at 14c,14.5c and 15c.
First of all, why would anyone sell at those low prices when FDA will be arriving before June, and the huge potential of the HSV business. All the press coverage and analysts reports are pointing to a price 25c plus.
Good luck if you can get them at 12c, but I think 16c is cheap
