Santos destroyed shareholder value, the new CEO took over at rock bottom and agreed has done well to date for the recovery. However Santos has been an utter dog of an investment for almost any entry point over the last 30 years. Except if you bought in the recent covid flash crash or 2016 near bankruptcy crash of santos.
Most O&G appear to be a bit of a train wreck now, only hold ORG and WPL.
