Thanks @LJohn this point you make (about MSB's behind the scenes work on the CONID-ARDS trial) is obviously very important in underpinning any 'quiet confidence' we have heard when SI or Dr Grossman are speaking:
On top of this, they have been obviously busy taking blood samples of COVID patients and analyzing the data (on that point I had no idea they were allowed to do that, as surely they will be able to have a good understanding as of today as to how the drug is going - i.e. I am guessing the blood-work will show who has received Rem-L v placebo, and therefore they would have a good indicating of overall mortality in placebo v controlled group).
Can you please give us any references to this sampling work, or any other quotes that show they have access to the data? I accept that it remains blinded to them as they're looking at the data, but they are surely making an educated guess about the samples which have changed direction since dosage started.
