We agree to disagree. I'm not sure what the future holds re GVHD....however if a class action was successful or settled out of court it might create a pool of funds to medivac some of these children to other countries that allow MSC's for emergency & compassionate treatment. Also such a case would involve social media & media attention to this situation and place social & political pressure on the FDA to reconsider their stance for seriously ill children & their families. Personally...I don't see 'absurd' in doing something rather than nothing at all if there is a clear injustice occurring. All in the context of no other treatment exists for these kids. You're implying that the FDA always get it right.....they clearly do not.
