Well CTP is operator of Surprise and if conditional- the Total JV, so they are pretty much at capacity what their small team could do. Why not farm out the Wiso and Amadeus if you can? Will not get around there themselves for years and years I would guess, so I would do it, unless I thought waiting would yield better terms or partners.
