I believe the CR timing is event driven / internally driven, meaning I think SYC wanted this sorted and all (esp) longstanding shareholders locked and loaded, due to forthcoming announcements, with that being of greater importance than prevailing market conditions.
If you go way back, SYC was once a Collins St type, and gets the "market timing" element, which adds weight to my view.
Trust the man.
The SP has "miles" to run imho. Ha ha! (LFG PTX 100)
