Need to be wary of any public T20 list, as Mr Eye is correct that many people operate multiple accounts, also Oppy holders are not reflected until conversion.
The only change that is officially confirmed is SYC participation in the SPP as any Director Change Notification is released publicly and taken up by the data provider that make these lists.
You can contact Automic to pay for current list but I can think of many better things to spend money on.
