practical range I'm looking at, with a time frame of half a year, by mid-July 2023:
Higher Limit: $0.25
Lower Limit: $0.08

Technical concerns:
1. integral (enough) number
2. volumes in the past 5 years were mainly either above or below, and with a meaningful distance to, $0.08, it's of technical importance.
3. volumes and length of time above $0.25 in the past 5 years were low and short, however not insignificant, and it's within reach should sentiment support.
4. by mid-July 2023, there might be good announcements or reports of new data, but I do not expect any announcement significant enough to push it pass $0.25 and stay above for a meaningful period. It may stay there for weeks, before dropping again waiting for the next positive announcement arrives.
5. by mid-July 2023, without significant positive announcements, share price will naturally deteriorate, and drift low. However $0.08 should provide sufficient support to stop it going lower for an extended period.
6. given the share price actions since July 2022, PTX may become a tax selling target in late June 2023.

Fundamental concerns:
1. PTX-100 and PTX-200 are what will make this company, however progress of both will be limited in following months.
2. OmiCAR and CellPryme, while help, their existence may be hard to justify in near future. Reasons of which include:
a. highly competitive similar products will flood the market in the next decades, and
b. continuous improvement of current technologies (CI is a basic concept in the field, and evolution of current technologies of other companies may soon eliminate these two platforms from the market.)
c. it's highly likely that they will not reach a commercialisation success prior to the above two things happen
