    I feel your pain, for a brief period of time awhile ago i could have been completely debt free and had leftovers! Now my mortgage is still multiple decades and I will be losing lots of oppies as I won’t be able to convert them all.

    my original plan was early retirement very modest but stress free, now maybe get back to being debt free is highest and getting back to positive as a minor?

    lessons to learn I guess
