Here's an interesting (if not infuriating) observation that lends credence to your TA take on things, al-black. PTX spent an entire 4 mths in oversold territory whilst the SP continued to slide, according to the Stochastic indicator... AND for the last 4 mths, according to the MFI indicator, money has been flowing into (not out of) PTX. Surely, the SP will begin to play catch-up...?

The SO has already signalled a change in momentum... that's not to say that those accumulating won't try to push it lower at this point for a final fake out before that well overdue reversal to the upside and breakout of the pennant formation you have highlighted. Now wouldn't that provide some much needed light at the end of this tunnel?
