the less smart good fellas are struggling to sell with a meaningful profit, and time's not on their side either given the financial year ending soon, potential tax loss selling of which ptx is a good target will eat into their already thin margin.
share price will stay single digit for a while unless fundamentals change, and with good chance to dip into the 8c range again.
and if that eventuates, accumulate with patience. we've got time, the sellers/manipulators don't, much higher cost for them to stuck here
