    The market is torn. It hates risk at the moment, but it hates not buying things that are undervalued.

    The biotech sector as a whole is really undervalued now. Lots of people looking to jump in, but they want to make sure the bottom is in forst. Lots of twichy fingers on the buy button.

    When the biotech sector starts to move, it will move fast and hard for a bit.

    And another market cycle commences.
