It's called funds taking profits from last months appreciation on good volume and liquidity.
They know there is now a few months at the minimum before the phase 2 framework and approval is announced, including possible registrational trial.
Like I said a week ago, the bath water will need to settle post PTX-100 final phase 1B readout (todays announcement), then there should be a rise in the water levels in Q1 2024 in anticipation of the phase 2 approval.
It's also December, statistically gets sold into as sophisticates consolidate for the Christmas holidays and close positions.
Today's share price movement was predictable. But onward and upwards in the coming months.
