I don't know about everyone else but PTX HC is analagous to a holiday house near the beach. I'm sipping my pina colada in an elongated deck chair as the sun sets in a blaze of pink and orange.
A holiday beach house away from the stifling IMU HC apartment in an over polluted, over populated city of noise. Both appreciate nicely but its obvious which one you would like to visit more often.
