Hey Name, while I am also mainly focused on the longer term, as I am not here to trade GCY, I still harbor some reservations about the timing of the merger. But... it's done now, either both companies have a bit of good news and the merger occurs, or... GCY ends up going it alone again later in the year. Current POG is hopefully going to help in either case. I am a little surprised at the lack of take up on the offer from FFR shareholders, perhaps they expect a better offer. I do think in this case, the best offer was put first....
Just noted that a broker upgraded their price target for GCY (dated today). $0.80 target. That is a loooot higher than the current share price. In fact, on the Cannacord list, GCY has the largest upside.
