    The calculation is based on the Oct 30 2014 announcement 'Value of CSE's investment in SYR' and is for determining what value CSE is to someone who is considering buying them now.
    Why do you think they are worth more than this?

    An individuals decision to sell CSE would need to take into account the original buy price, as well as other individual circumstances (marginal tax rate, other cap gains events etc.) but that is a different thing.
