I look forward to it John. I'll have a look and see what size VTEM's are being flow by some of our neighbours... although I've got some running around to do tonight.
It seems to me we are in a lot better position now than when Affluent wanted the JV and we hit 16 just on that, this times its all ours.
I think we beat the bigger players this time, only saw one buyer chasing a 500k parcel.
