1. Magnetite +20% premium and 5% royalty. **note magnetite may get relief from royalties in the future**

2. DSO -7% for lower grade/impurities with 7.5% royalty.

3. $150m expense for shipping, ie 10mtpa x $15 per tonne.

4. Should also disclose my total debt for the JV is US$1.783 billion at 3% interest rate to be prudent. Although a 2.5% interest rate only changes EPS by $0.002. Therefore my interest expense is about 51m when you convert back to AUD.

5. Depreciation of $125m (estimate). Could vary a bit, but this is non cash anyway.
