    Yes Beijing, it's funny how the projects making up the DeWittekrans Complex is only being assigned 3c in valuation. It's absurd considering the MUCH larger DeWitt will be "in coal" not long after Penumbra, and Penumbra is being assigned 5c. This report should have 20c as a conservative valuation.
