I have the same question as @Jax17.
I am looking at free Morningstar site (I am not a subscriber) and the only place I can see flows is the lttle blue bars on the performance tab (where we pick up the relative performance information). I don't think flows have been posted on their public access pages. Can you share where you are seeing the flows @Golfandfish?
