Thats correct I got -$40m blowing it up and measuring.
However for this fund this is contradicted by another page on Morningstar which mentions flows - the "Parent" tab.

Table today shows YTD as net +$0.82b
So that looks like Q2 -$1,630b which looks consistent with the downward blue bar in today's snip. (but not consistent with the light blue bars on the performance tab).
A quick look at the other funds shows small positive flows.
