Henslow recently acted as Corporate Advisor and Lead Manager to Emefcy Group’s (ASX.EMC) successful placement to raise A$31.6 million. The capital raising, which was heavily oversubscribed, was made to institutional and sophisticated investors in the US, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia. Proceeds of the capital raising will applied to fund the Company’s commercial expansion into China. The placement was priced at $0.64, more than 3x the price at which Emefcy was listed in in December last year.
