As an investor I take directors on trust so in this situation your asking other stake holders to trust an untrustworthy board of directors?
Sounds like bad advice.
Every one is in the game to invest & grow their investment, the directors are no different. But ethics & disclosure of market sensitive information are non negotiables.
That last CR was an absolute farce yet the directors were all over it, why is that???
