It’s like me saying “Dan should advise his wife if he’s been cheating on her with another woman named Megan”…..when nobody has been cheating at all! It’s just a play on words and a sneaky way to imply something without actually saying it.

If JCap has confirmed that DD has asked Sunresin to ask if they could explore the use of their DLE process on some samples, why couldn’t they also confirm that those samples were Kachi brine? Because we all know that Lake are sending out samples of brine FROM THEIR OTHER PROJECTS to a number of DLE providers to find the best DLE match for each brine. That does not include Kachi.

Why would Lake come to an agreement with Lilac to settle the “dispute” and confirm an amendment to the original agreement to allow the earn in of the next 10% component if they were going to ditch Lilac and start again from scratch? It doesn’t make any sense at all.

I don’t think there’d be many, but I actually pity those that have taken this hook, line and sinker. Gullible is too weak a word to describe this upon any reasonable consideration.
