OEL is a dog. 6c down to 1c from 2018 til now. They hitch their wagon to others and hope. Not much of a strategy that. If it wasnt for BYE they would be underwater. Just a matter of time. The blue sky gang of Boysyyyy and co can pump up all they want but if it has 4 legs and barks like a dog it usually turns out to be a dog.
