I'm certainly not expecting RVR. The only reference I made was that it was my opinion that with the appropriate dose, it is possible. May not happen, but it's possible.
Many people who took peg interferon and riba, and sometimes old triple therapy, achieved a RVR. Rare, but it happened. It also happened with Gilead and Declastavir trials. And here we have a complete gene therapy, that theoretically doesn't change in terms of medicine delivered as it does with a once a day pill. Additionally, some of the commentary on the effectiveness of TT-034 in comparison to triple therapy described it as a treatment that theoretically work like or better than a triple combo. The way I see it, cure is only a matter of dose. RVR would just be nice icing on the cake, but like I said before, it's just my opinion. I just happen to be that hopeful for TT-034.
