The problem arises when you add up all the time we have waited, in anticipation, since 2014!!!
Some have said, "I've heard it all before" and to that there is no argument.

It's like the recent tin project update... It was full of words. Unfortunately, words do not amount to much once it has been broken more than once, even if there are reasons for doing so. That is why it is crucial CSD settle quickly and once it has control of its own destiny, meet every deadline it puts up. For the sake of gaining share price momentum, I do hope management adhere to this as best they can.

All the ingredients are there for a very nice return on capital, especially since it is several pips behind its peers yet several steps in front. Like a dry forest, we are only waiting for a lightning strike to provide the spark. Luckily for us, Ralph is holding a Tesla coil in his hands!!
