Well, I'm guessing, but I reckon that will be the reply given by DR Mercer to any callers.

And I reckon it will be as relevant as any business strategic plan is 6 months after it was created.

Having worked in the Planning office of a large university for many years I've seen it all before. There is the Strategic Plan - which states in grand language what we are going to do, and then there is something quite different - what we actually do when the time comes.
