Blacks - the only problem is it is a short life and is also in an African Country. So it is risky.
Most big gold players are only interested in taking over Gold companies that have a long life and large reserve - if not they don't touch it. So who would want to buy it? And in a high risk country?
Hence the low price likely to be offered.
