I don,t think China is the only option .
We have to consider other makers of steel such as Posco.
A smart buyer will be looking at the BIG picture and low cost production .
A deal with the Nigerian government for use of the current mills would be in the best interests of all concerned.
As we know there would be nearly 10,000 people employed in the mills and other work to support the mills .
With friendly tax breaks and Posco,s expertise this could be a very good option
