The people who peddle risk weighted DCF are charlatans!
The people who use risk weighted DCF are fools!
Probabilities must be based on quantatitave analysis!
The value of a 20% probability of a $10 outcome is NOT $2!
A 20% probability of a $10 outcome means that 80% of the possible outcomes are NOT $2 and are likely to be $0!!!!
Having said all that NEU, though risky, has IP that testing could be valuable.
