Hey Tony, Thats an interesting link about the "snic hedghog pathway' by the Telethon Institute..
Children's cancers , brain Tumours and Skin cancers....thats a lot of hits.
My understanding is that these phylomers have a much higher success rate than small molecule drugs...
And reading there about the Cancers becoming resistant to small molecule drugs...
With the numbers of hits they've had one would think this program would be of interest to big pharma..
Lets see, PYC are still in the doghouse, but a surprise might just sneak up on us here.
