    Looking at the SP of BOE and BMN, each up 9% today (one a producer, the other a developer), I'd say there's a fair chance the finance guys are cutting a better deal than a week ago before the suspension.

    As far as I'm concerned the outlook for the U price for contract up, for spot strongly up .
