"Council has signed a memorandum of understanding with Magnis Energy Technologies, a lithium battery plant developer, to build a factory on the site.It also hopes to attract Queensland Pacific Metals to build a nickel refinery to the site, replacing the closed QNI facility at Yabulu, 25 kilometres north of Townsville"

There is further amendments to the Lansdown Project. Might take until mid 2020 to review the them by Council. Good to see PM1 name on the map.
