I have just had a look at the promotion material for Falcon Oil & Gas Australia and it says

" Falcon Oil & Gas Australia Pty Ltd is making an excluded offer to sophisticated investors, pursuant to Section 708(8) of teh Australian Corportaions Act, for offers without a disclosure document. The company is seeking to raise pre IPO capital of between US$50 million at US$1.00 per ordinary share and a 1 for 1, 3 year warrant at US$1,25 /share

So the Company FO is clearly a different company and not relevant to my comments, please forgive my confusion. Age related I suppose.
