I think it is great that X64action is trying to find solutions directly with the board of X64. I hope they can speak to the board and find a quick resolution to this mess started by the drilling contract with Ranger Equipments where Mr Welker and Mr Williams had interests. Have Mr Welker or Mr Williams reached the board recently to discuss a potential resolution ?

I have read in this thread that Mr Nickeas may also be involved with Vitrinite. Is it true that Mr Nickeas has interests as well in Vitrinite ? What is his role in Vitrinite ? Are there other companies he is involved with that are linked to Mr Welker or Mr Williams ? Is Mr Nickeas involved in any way with Ranger Equipments ?

You said in this press release that the controversial drilling contract with Ranger Equipments where Mr Welker and Mr Williams have interests was "discussed at length at the board of Ten Sixty Four Queensland " which is the subsidiary company of Ten Sixty Four , as a reminder Mr Williams was a director in this subsidiary company and had interests in Ranger Equipments. This is not to be confused with the main board with including Mr Hunt, Mr McGlinn, Mr Treyvaud and Mr Mottram.
X64action also mentioned that " Welker wasn't a signatory and it wasn't a contract presented to the board"
So to avoid any confusion, you have admitted yourself in the comment above not to have presented this specific drilling contract of approximately $290 000 to the board and Chairman of X64. An employee at X64 Queensland resigned from the subsidiary Ten Sixty Four Queensland and made heavy allegations against Mr Williams regarding the Ranger Equipments drilling contract.

Are you willing to at least apologise to the shareholders, board and company employees for all this controversy emerging from the Ranger Equipments drilling contract ? Do you have the maturity to recognise any mistakes in what Mr Welker and Mr Williams did ?

The debate should be more appeased and you should have more respect for people asking questions by responding the most diligently possible. Changing the subject will not be helpful if what you wish is a quick resolution, you should be more transparent.

I kept asking if I could speak to a decision maker at X64action as I want to talk to someone with first hand knowledge of all this mess with Ranger Equipments.
