Hi All

Just a quick question.

Why haven't you and Laz Nikeas advised the shareholders that Laz is also a director of the infamous Ranger Equipment Pty Ltd and Vulcan Mine Management Pty Ltd, together with Welker and Williams?

You also failed to mention this fact under Laz's directorships in the Explanatory Memorandum to your Notice of Meeting, which was signed off by Welker, Williams and Laz.

This looks so bad.

Since you are clearly not being transparent with the shareholders, looks like some of us shareholders are going to have to do their own digging into the public records of your other companies to see what else pops ups.
