I see you are an avid supporter of the current Board because the X64 published rebuttal is completely irrelevant to my discussion of IBKR and voting.
I do disagree that the Board is unable to respond to Welker's accusations, or is the Board divided and so unable to include a rebuttal to these? I could easily draft an acceptable rebuttal (in respect of etiquette, ASX rules etc) but how can I, since I am not party to the truth in these matters.
Are you familiar with these matters and so able to inform from an unbiased perspective?

As it stands, I am formulating a position of "a pox" on both your houses and so tend to line up with @loki01 on this.
