I am curious to know why they can't reply to what I, personally, deem to be material allegations. What rules do they breach if they do respond formally if the chairman allegedly flew to Europe for his horses, accompanied by a family member? What conferences did he attend during this time? And how much did the company pay for this trip if it indeed occurred? I feel the owners of the company deserve to know how the board has been spending our money? After all, we are talking about the corporate governance and poor governance should not be tolerated.
